Yashiro Isana has lived a relatively ordinary, simple life. He lives in the technology-advanced Shizume City and attends Ashinaka High School, a notable high school that is located on an island just outside the areas. Yashiro is friendly with everyone. Nothing ever seems wrong about, except perhaps his habit of forgetting where his school's PDA is. However, nothing normal has been happening since the recent murder of Tatara Totsuka, prominent member of the infamous HOMRA. No one knows who exactly killed him but the man responsible bears an uncanny, identical appearance to Yashiro. Seeking vengeance, the Red Clansmen of HOMRA set out to get Yashiro and kill him. Everyone suspects that Yashiro is the murderer. But whether the guilt is his is not clear.

Characters

Adolf K. Weismann (Adorufu Ka Vaisuman) was the Silver King, formerly a researcher in German who experimented with the effects of the Dresden Slate. He was ejected from his original body by the Colorless King and had since inhabited the body of a teenage boy, where after becoming amnesiac, Weismann assumed a new identity, Yashiro Isana (Isana Yashiro).

Kuroh Yatogami ( Yatogami Kuroh) is a former vassal of the deceased 7th King, Ichigen Miwa and clansman of the Silver King, Adolf K. Weismann.


Neko (Neko) is a female Strain and also a Silver Clansman. She is extremely attached to Yashiro Isana and is responsible for altering his memories, as well as those of the Ashinaka High School student body.

Reisi Munakata (Munakata Reisi) is the Captain of Scepter 4, and the Blue King.

Mikoto Suoh ( Suoh Mikoto) is a former Red King and leader of the Red Clan, HOMRA. Despite his slacker attitude at times, which has been remarked as being unfitting for someone such as himself, Mikoto is hailed as the most violent-tempered of all the Kings.

Misaki Yata (Yata Misaki) is a member of HOMRA and acts as the group's vanguard.

Saruhiko Fushimi (Fushimi Saruhiko) is a member of Scepter 4 and a former member of HOMRA.

Tatara Totsuka (Totsuka Tatara) was a member of the Red Clan, HOMRA. He was a pacifist and was considered to be the weakest of all of his Clansmen. One night, he was shot killed by the Colorless King, which eventually resulted in HOMRA's manhunt for his murderer.

Anna Kushina (Kushina Anna) is a member of HOMRA and is currently the group' youngest member, as well its only female member. Without her marbles, she is color blind except to the Aura of her Clan.

Izumo Kusanagi (Kusanagi Izumo) is a Clansmen of HOMRA and the owner of a local bar which his Clan was named after. Likewise, he is a bartender, though he appears to specialize as an underground informant for his Clan.

Seri Awashima (Awashima Seri) is the Lieutenant of Scepter 4.
