My favorite snack: Takoyaki



Takoyaki is a ball-shaped Japanese snack made of a wheat flour-base batter and cokked in a sepical takoyaki pan. It is typically filled with minced or diced octopus(tako), tempura scaps, pickled ginger, and green onion. Takoyaki are brushed with takoyaki sauce, as the picture shows. You can eat it anywhere in Japan, like in the night market. Takoyaki was first popularized in Osaka, and it is also the famous food in Japan. (How to make Takoyaki.)

The most famous food: Sushi



Sushi is a Japanese consisting of cooked vinegared rice comnined with other ingredients, seafood, vetetables and sometimes tropical fruits,like avocado. Sushi is often served with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce. The black seaweed warpped around the rice is called nori. And the tool to make the Sushi is made of Banboo.

The most representative noodle: Ramen



Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat- or fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses topping such as sliced pork, dried seaweed, kamaboko, and green onions. The main part of making a successful Ramen is the recipe of the soy. It will depend the taste of the Ramen.
