THIS IS MY WEBPAGE ABOUT DIFFERNT TYPES OF CAKE.
THE FIRST CAKE I WANTS TO TALK ABOUT IS BOSTON CREAM PIE.
BostonCreamPie is not actually a pie, but a sponge cake (snack cake).
The name originated in 1855. A New York newspaper printed a recipe called puddingpiecake (pudding pie cake).
The recipe didn't include the chocolate syrup that is unique to Boston today, and in 1856 a man named Harvey D. Parker opened a ParkerHouse restaurant in Boston with a pudding pie containing chocolate syrup on the menu, which is said to be It is the Boston faction.
TIRAMISU
Tiramisu is an Italian dessert with a taste of coffee and wine.
Take Masca Pengis as the main material, and then replace the traditional dessert sponge cake with finger biscuits, add coffee, cocoa powder and other materials.
Eat into the mouth fragrant, slippery, sweet, greasy, soft in the texture of the change, taste is not blindly sweet.
In Italian, tiramisu means "Take me away at once," meaning to eat this delicacy, will be happy fluttering, like to climb into a wonderland.
OPERA
Opera, a famous French dessert, is a cake with hundreds of years of history.
There are two different versions of the origin of Opera.
One saying is that this dessert was originally a popular dessert developed by a French coffee shop. Because it is super popular and the store is next to the opera house, it is simply called Opera. Because the word "Opera" means "Opera" in French.
Another way of saying is that the Opera cake was first created in the dessert shop Dalloyau, which opened in 1890. Because of its square shape, the surface is covered with a thin layer of chocolate, which looks like the stage inside the opera house.
The gold foil on the cake surface represents the opera house Garnier (the name of the famous Parisian opera house), which is named after it.
