   Her family was poor, her father is a gambler, runaway debt, the landlord didn't let Nanami live in the house and Nanami went outside. Then she met Mikage who was Land God, she helped Mikage and Mikage put his "home" give to Nanami. She went to Mikage's home and know he was the Land God in that land temple,she must live in the shrine and did the Land of God's work in the shrine. Nanami met Tomoe, Onikiri and Kotetsu, she force let Tomoe to be her serve and found Tomoe had mang advantages and is very reliable, and started to love Tomoe.

   Tomoe is a fox yokai who serves as the Land God. Several centuries ago, he was a cruel fox and his partner of the Demon King. He is also powerful, but if Nanami want to do something as his master and he must comply. Tomoe worries Nananmi and Nanami is very weak as a human, that show he love Nanami but he doesn't know.

Information:

   Mizuki is in the Yonomori shrine who is a lonely snake . Because the people of build the shrine didn't need them and the shrine's God was disappear. That let Mizuki very sad and imagined the Yonomori in the shrine. Nanami saves his life from her classmates, and releasing him out a window, he falls in love with her. He abducts her soon after, want to marry her. Nanami know Yonomori wasn't in the shirne and didn't want Mizuki in the dream of Yonomori in the Yonomori shrine.

In spite of this, Nanami answer him which Mikuki is lonely and Nanami come with him when Tomoe save her out. After that, Mizuki be Nanami's serve when Nanami not pay attention and Tomoe isn't near them. He dislike Tomoe and Mizuki is mocking and bantering to him.
